Meetings, Agendas & Minutes
The Parish Council usually meets on the third Monday of every month at 7:30pm in the Stoke Climsland Parish Hall.
Members of the public are welcome to attend any of these monthly meetings. There is a 'Public Session' in the first half of the meeting, at which members of the public are welcome to ask questions or present information to the councillors.
In May of each year an Annual Parish Meeting takes place, at which representatives of local groups and organisations are invited to give a report of their activities in the preceding twelve months.
The agenda for each meeting is posted on all the local noticeboards and on this website a week prior to the meeting taking place.
